Subject: Re: Xmas diversion - comparative torts

A classic, of course, but at 243 pages in total I'm not sure I can make space for it all. Someone else suggested his "All or Nothing" article, which is also superb - but that's only partly about tort law. Currently I'm inclined to go with his piece on the Perruche decision (wrongful birth and life) but am open to other suggestions!

Best wishes
Ken

Dear all

Having been asked to nominate a list of classic comparative tort law articles for a forthcoming anthology, I thought it might be interesting to see what suggestions list members might come up with. So, which are your particular favourites?

Festive wishes
Ken
